Last month, Richard Snape presented a live video conference on Conveyancing and the Family Home aimed at residential property solicitors and practitioners and also family lawyers.

Conveyancing with the family home can involve a variety of complex issues that need to be considered.  This session aims to highlight the difficulties and their solutions.  The course is useful for both residential conveyancers and also may prove beneficial for family practitioners.
